Do you have these situation in your neighborhood. Your neighbor puts his（her） belongs in the  public place; Visitor of your neighbor parks his（her） car often in front of your driveway; Someone  turn on the TV so loud in the midnight.

Nowadays, more and more people move out the old neighborhood by building of unit, move in  the new communities. Here lot of people don't know each other and they've lived together  for a few years,  even don't know their neighbor's name. Sometimes just share a friendly wave and say hello in the elevator.

I have a neighbor, has two kids.  I guess the couple are businessmen. Maybe their home has  so much stuff,  they always put their things on the hallway, the hallway is so mess. And they have  a hobby that love drinking with your friends at their house. The strong alcohol filled air of hallway on weekends.  I am upset very much when every time.

For a long time I didn't have a good way to solve it. I asked the property manager to talk with  them, but didn't work. I tried to approach them in order to coexist peacefully, often compliment their kids and put the things away. Now the hallway has a little good improvement.

If you has such a neighbor, How will you do it? Ignore it or take measures.
