Time has shown me that staying at one company for too long may not be a good thing, no matter what scale the company is. Since January, 2019, I have been working at this company for more than 5 years. During this period, I have worked in different departments, collaborated with a various of colleagues. I have witnessed so many talented people entering or leaving this office. I have asked myself more than once why am I still here, maybe it is because the economic situation is not very good, or because I don't have the courage to leave my comfort zone. Anyway, I just cannot make up my mind to embrace significant changes in my life.

Recently, I gradually lost the motivation to paticipate in the daily job. And I believe that both my leader and my coworkers could sense it. I kind of blame it to the newly-imported development framework, flutter of course. From what I have learned, flutter is a lightweight framework which is suitable for doing page layout job. We developers love it usually because it is fast to write code and build the project. However, it is not suitable for complex business logic, especially when you have to interact with system hardware such as audio and camera. Another reason of my laziness is that I do not fancy the company's new rules. After all, we are not in a big company, why did these people make some many rules and spend so much time writing PPT instead of doing real work? I am not sure if I am the only one who has these questions. I just have the feeling that this will be my last year working here. Hopefully, my next job will be less busier. Right now I care more about life than money.
