I am writing to complain about your restaurant. I took my girlfriend to your restaurant last weekend, but I was very disappointed with the bad service, filthy environment, and the uncaring attitude of the waiters.
I would like to start by saying how disappointed I was to receive such bad service from your restaurant. The attitude of the waiters was extremely bad. A waiter spilled the soup on my girlfriend’s dress while serving her, whereas he just walked away without apology. Another waiter was just leaning on a table and smoking.
My next complaint concerns the bad quality of the food, they tasted really bad. Also, I think they were unhygienic because I vomited after eating those food. Afterwards I went to the hospital, the medical expenses cost me $500.
The thing that concerned me most was the environment of your restaurant. It was filthy. For instance, cockroaches were everywhere, on the floor, chairs and even around my feet. A rat ran across the floor and flies were buzzing around us. Moreover, there were scraps of food on the stained tablecloth and floor as well as cockroaches.
I hope that you will take this complaint very seriously. I demand you to replace my girlfriend’s dress, pay for my medical expenses, and give me a written apology. If I do not get them within ten days, I will have no choice but to contact the relevant authorities.
