扶小鹰助教初赛——自我介绍

各位老师，各位评委:

      大家好！

      我是王红，来自河南省南阳市，是一位小学语文老师，我曾经在老家的初中教过八年英语。当时我的英语水平很低，压力非常大，是因为家乡缺老师才临时上阵。

      那时候，我的听力听不懂，于是一句一句反复听，作文写不出，就一篇一篇写下水文。买了好几本语法知识书，反复备课，一周四节新课，总是要准备一个星期，还讲得疙疙瘩瘩。短短三个月的时间，我瘦了30斤，连母亲在身边看电视的声音也听不见。

      “功夫不负有心人。”我的努力没有白费，期中、期末考试，我教的两个班两次获得全乡第一、第三的好成绩，连校长都对我赞不绝口。但是我深知自己学历低，英语水平弱，所以暑假自费去北京学习英语口语，提升专业素养。

      当时我教的两个班虽然名次在当地不错，但是成绩低得不可思议，80分以上的孩子只有1/3， 60分以下的学生却占到2/3，60和80分之间几乎没有学生，也就是说两极分化极其严重，要么少量学生积极学习，要么大批学生放弃学英语。

      为什么呢？

      因为我们极度匮乏学习英语的环境，周围的人清一色说的是汉语，生活中几乎没有英语的存在空间，上课只是生硬地灌输单词和语法，孩子们英语的学习兴趣几乎为零。

      明白了英语教育的诟病，当我的好朋友汤果老师向我推荐扶小鹰平板的时候，我一听它的设计原理就明白我们的研发团队抓住了学习英语的关键，于是义无反顾地为孩子买了一台扶小鹰。我的小宝从四岁底开始学习扶小鹰英语，到现在已经坚持了555天。有的家长告诉我，孩子学过各种英语，但是都半途而废，像这样能坚持500多天的实属少见，主要是因为扶小鹰平板抓住了孩子的学习兴趣，轻松有趣。

Hello, every teacher and judge:

        I'm  Wang Hong，I  come from Nanyang  city，Hennan  province.I′m a primary school chinese teacher.I have ever taught English in my hometown for eight years.

      At that time, my English level is very low.I thought middle eighth students immediately after graduation. It was because of a lack of teachers. The pressure was very high.

      I couldn't understand hearing, so I    listened again and again.I  couldn't written composition. I  wrote down one article after another.I  bought several knowledge books. Then repeated the lesson  preparation.It was usually four new classes a week, I was getting ready for a week. I was tired, but I was very happy.

        In just three months, Ⅰ lost 30  jin.I    couldn't even hear the sound of my mother  watching tv around me.  “Everything comes to him who waits. ”My efforts were not in vain. Mid-term exam and the final exam, the two classes I  taught won the first and third place in the township. Even the principal  praised me highly.

      But I know I have a low education, my English level is low, too.  So I went to Beijing in the summer vacation at my own expense to learn  oral  English.

      At that time，I taught two classes.Although  the local results are good, but the grades are poor. Only one- third of the students scored eighty or more.  Two- thirds of the students scored below sixty. That means the gap between the students is very large. Or a small number of students actively learned English, or a large number of students have gave up learning English.

      Why？

      Because we are extremely lack  the environment to learn English. people around me almost speak Chinese.There is almost no English voice in my life.We only instilled  words and grammar in class.  English wasn't used at other times.

      Understand the mistake of English education, when my good friend miss  Tang  Guo  recommended helping the little eagle tablet to me, I bought one for my little son without hesitation.  Because    I know that its design principle captures the key to learn English.

      My baby began to learn helping the little eagle tablet English at the age of four.  It's been five hundred fifty five days by now.  His language sense  is getting better and better. Under his influence, five students in our class also bought  the little eagle tablet.
