The weekend of 30-31March, the weather was cool for football training.
On saturady first class, We had 8players . After warmup with the ball the training focused on dribbling and passing, they did different exercises and they were required to do correctly and with speed and the last exercise was playing 1v1.
Finally they played the normal game 4v4.
The second class, we had many kids
Warm up with ball: players did different exercises that help them to be familiar with the ball, juggling, dribbling_one step one touch, ball control; the warm up without ball, the players did running and coordination exercises.
The main topic of the training was dribbling, kids in their groups dribble the ball from others' grid to the group's grid, the next exercise was shooting on goal, the players dribble the through cones and shoot on goal. after they played a normal game 4v4.
On sunday, my 1st class had 8players like saturday, they did warm up with and without ball. With ball: dribbling with both feet, pust the ball with the sole, inside and outside of the foot. Without ball players enjoyed the game where one player chase others and the player caugth help the chaser until there is one winner. The main topic of the training was dribbling and passing, two players in group, he dribbles and arrives in the centre, then dribble back and pass the ball to teamate. Finally they played normal game 4v4
The second class, the main topic was dribbling, that time they dribble the ball and try to reach many gates, later they palyed normal game 3v3
