Using Internet can help me a lot especially in study.Because we can search for information when we meet problems.However,There are lots of disadvantages if young people do not limit their time of the Internet.On the one hand,spending a lot of time on Internet lead to physical problems.Many young people especially teenagers are lack self-control.So it is hard for them to manage their time better.However,less outdoor exercise is harmful their physical health.In addition,Sitting in front of the computer for a long time would weaken their eyesight.which is always bad for people's health.On the other hand,It would cause some psychological problem due to unrestricted use of the Internet.Because some parents do not provide parental guidence for their children when they in the critical time of physical and psychological development.Young people are vulnerable to negative influences.To some extend,They would isolated from the real world and indulge in virtual world and then become solitary.What is more important.It would weaken the relationship with family members and friends at the end. （147）
