Elites never yield to the personal emotion.
一个能逐渐走向优秀的人，不是为了获得别人的认可，而是不断强化他们心中那种对生活强烈的渴望。他们的情绪会成为这份渴望的燃料，而不是让生活把一切都消磨殆尽。
A man gradually turns into the cream of the crop (= one in a thousand or an excellent person) not for obtaining the recognition from others but for continuously upgrading their desires for a better life.
