Population issue is fundamentally the development issue. We should pay close attention to the relationship between the change in population and sustainability development, and give full consideration to the relationship between the quantity, quality, structure and distribution of the population. In particular, we should focus on the impact of the change in population structure on economic and social development. It is necessary to incorporate the population issue into the plan for national economic and social development, so as to make sure that the population growth coordinates with social and economic development as well as resources and environment.
Massive population mobility(migration) has been the driving/main/vital force in promoting social change(transformation) and economic development, and accelerates/intensify/strength families smaller, more diversified and more separated(It has meanwhile accelerated...). The population mobility and the change of family structure bring/pose challenges to public services and social governance.
We thus should scale up our efforts to ensure equal access to fundamental public services among the migrant people, and help them gain equal opportunities to survive and thrive in cities and towns, enabling them to enjoy public resources and social welfare and cultural activities, and achieve the integration of economic independence, shared culture and identity.
