C：今天和L吃饭时候辩论起来了，最后他说我太主观太偏执，我们就结束了对话。（举了一些对话的例子），我想知道遇到这种情况怎么办呢？

我：什么怎么办？

C：怎么把对话继续下去。

我：我感觉你们两个在各说各话，在对话过程中你有什么感觉？你感觉你和他辩论的目的是什么？

C：嗯…我感觉很惊讶和无奈，我想和他交流啊

我：嗯, 你是想交流还是想赢？

C：不是赢…（沉默）…嗯，我好像是想说服他……

我：什么情况下你愿意和对方交流？

C：（沉默）能平和地对话，（沉默）…我是不能和那个我（辩论时的自己）交流的。（沉默）

什么是交流？交流是人们认识并分享自我感受进而了解彼此真实需求的过程。我们的语言既能让我们彼此相互交融，也能使彼此相隔千里。
