It is the first day I return to work. I'm exhausted now. It seemed that I'm easy to be tired after the surgery. even I have recuperated for a month.
I downloaded an app names "seed" to bulid good habits for me. I have to list what I want to keep to do and sign in everyday. This my list:

5, Practice listening
6, Practice calligraphy

9, Do excercise for neck
