大家好,我发现了一个治疗失眠非常有用的办法,想要分享给你们。最近我在尝试早睡,但是失败了。我入睡非常困难,睡觉前我脑子里也会一直不停的想东西,比如说最近我长了一颗痘,会不知不觉想到韩国人为什么皮肤很好,想到如果我去韩国要游玩哪些地方。即使不玩手机,我躺在床上闭着眼睛,也可能两三个小时还没睡着,甚至还会越想越兴奋!于是我发现,要解决我的失眠问题,就必须让我停止想东西。
于是,我发现一个方法叫冥想,它可以帮助我缓解失眠,同时它还对很多其他的方面也很有益处,比如说稳定情绪,缓解焦虑。
简单来说,冥想就是什么都不想,专注在你想观察的方面。比如说我睡前做睡眠冥想,就可以躺在床上,然后把自己的注意力放在自己的呼吸上面,观察气体是如何流动的。如果中途我的脑子又开始想其他的念头,那就在我觉察到的时候,立马中断自己的念头,把自己的注意力放回到自己的呼吸上。如果再次有其他的念头。那么又立刻把自己的思绪放到自己的呼吸上,循环往复。直到睡着。

Hello everyone, I found a useful way to treat insomnia/ɪnˈsɒmniə/ 失眠, and I want to share it with you. Recently I have been trying to go to bed early, but failed. It is difficult for me to fall asleep. Before I go to sleep, I will keep thinking about things in my mind. For example, I have acne /ˈækni/粉刺 recently, and I may unconsciously think of why Korean people's skin is good, what places to visit if I go to Korea. Even if I do not play mobile phone and lie in bed with my eyes closed, I may not fall asleep for two or three hours, and even the more excited I will be! So I realized that to solve my insomnia problem, I have to stop thinking.
So, I found a method called meditation /ˌmedɪˈteɪʃ(ə)n/冥想, not only can relieve insomnia, but also many other aspects are beneficial, such as stabilizing mood, relieving anxiety.
In simple terms, meditation is thinking about nothing and focusing on what you want to observe. For example, when I do sleep meditation, I lie in bed and focus on my breathing and observe how the gas flows. If my mind starts thinking about something else in the middle, then I should stop my thoughts as soon as I notice it, and focus back on my breathing. If I have other thoughts again, I need to put my thoughts on my breathing immediately. Repeat it until I fall asleep.
