Example：Writing articles is an important thing for me and I should write at least one article a day, or I will be ashamed. 对我来说，写文章是一件很重要的事。我每天最少要写一篇文章，不然我会感到羞愧。
批注：如果你想坚持日更，那么你应该要有这种感觉：一天不更新，就会感觉羞愧。

Example：According to our New Year's custom, we should visit our relatives.按照我们的新年习俗，我们要探望亲戚。

Example：Our these nephew are excellent, my uncle are proud of us.我们这些外甥很优秀，舅舅以我们为荣。
批注：今天去外婆家，我舅舅又像往年一样赞我们这些外甥，说我们都是上了大学的高才生。高材生，这个称号用在我身上我真的是受宠若惊呀。既然舅舅这么看得起我，那我也不能让他太失望呀。
