I like the book and the author's writing style, just like chatting with my friends. I quite agree with the author's words,to clear the brain in the running. Because it can help us efficiently complete the next thing.what impressed me most was the author's point of view "In long-distance running the only opponent you have to beat is yourself, the way you used to be." It's easy to learn, but it's hard to obey it. I often give up my direction and imitate others. At last I was depressed and confused. Fortunately,I found a suitable path to improve my ability and to release my emotions.Therefore, I am more deeply aware that it is more helpful to focus on yourself than to care about others.
