Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda, a non-profit organization in Chengdu, Sichuan Provision, specializes in research, breeding and protecting those endangered wild animals.
On October 25, 2015, I, together with my another five friends got to the final destination by bus. Arriving on, all of us went to raptures at the mere sight of cartoon modelings on the gate of the scenic spot. The wonderful lives of those pandas have appealed us a lot, so we can’t wait to the main part. At the beginning, we came to a breeding room with two cubs in. Whatever the hustle and bustle befell outside the window, the two babies, wrapped in pink blankets, were sleeping deeply on a wooden bed surrounded by handrails lest they fall down the ground during romping.
Beside the breeding room, there being two “children” crept on the ground. One crawled to the back wall and rolled onto his back in a sudden; while the other shifted just for a few paces and then sprawled on the ground, with his head on the left limb.
Go straight on, and few things could be impressive than a fierce fight that took place among the trio of pandas. It seems that pandas also have a sense of territory. Two pandas were on the upland erected by trunks. While another stout and dirty panda made an attempt to climb up their area, they instantly snatched away his window of opportunity and endeavored to pushing him down relentlessly. That poor panda lingered around for a few minutes and made a final success when his opponents neglected guarding. However, the conquerors sensed the menace and at once pounced towards the invader, yawning and screaming, twisting and turning. At length, the litter poor was outnumbered by the enemies and fled away.
City born and city bred, coupled with busy academic lives, we really basked in relaxing time and unforgettable memories with loving and lazy pandas in Chengdu.
