I learned to face the situation peacefully I don't care about the person who did what for me. Learning to transfer my attention on the important thing for me. Gradually I found I have not any angry in my heart. Because it is not important for me and it isn't worth to spend more time on it.
I will wait until the deadline so that I can leave here. Whatever happened surround you just focus on your thing it is becoming easier than spending some time to angry about it.
When you think about clearly what you want and take action some peace and calm surround you.
