题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenager use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.
Nowadays, more and more teenage has their own telephone. Then someone think that it is not good for the teenage because of the potential for bullying or over used. Others believe that it is useful for young people’s lives.
For those who claim that teenager use of telephone will overuse or have some bad things, such as coercing teenagers to do something wrong. A case in point is that the teenagers are still very young, they have not experienced enough things, and their thoughts are not particularly mature. When they use mobile phones, they are likely to indulge in games, or they may be easily tempted by others because of immature ideas and make mistakes. All the evidence supports an unshakable idea that teenagers are likely to produce some bad things when using mobile phones.
However, those who said that teenager’s lives would be improved greatly by telephone. Due to the fact that telephone is very convince, teenagers can easily to find what they want. For example, when you need to find some information outside, not only the cell phone can help you well but also the phone is very small and light, it is also very easy to carry. Therefore, as long as the teenager can reasonably arrange the time to use the mobile phone and use it reasonably, then the mobile phone can really help him.
From my perspective, telephone is a very good tool, and teenagers can use it to find many materials, which can help him in learning. Compared with the disadvantages brought by mobile phones, as long as parents can educate young people to distinguish right from wrong, and at the same time young people have strict self-control, then they can bring out the benefits of mobile phones.（293 words）
