Innate-inborn; natural

Academic excellence

Thrive-past throve Or thrived; past participle thriven

        -prosper; flourish;storng

Top-[v.] exceed (an amount, level, or number); be more than

    -provide with a top or topping

    -reach the top of (a hill or other stretch of rising ground)

Financial/economic -financial:the management of large amounts of money, especially by governments or large companies

                            -economic:the wealth and resources of a country or region, especially in terms of the production and consumption of goods and services

Pace oneself: do something at a slow and steady rate or speed in order to avoid overexerting oneself


Cute-sexually attractive ; cunning; wily

Setting-The place and time at which a play, novel, or film is represented as happening


Sentences :

Instead of pressuring their children,these parents were always loving,gentle and took pains to explain and motivate.

It saddens me because I know them in other corners of their life as cheerful people.

They must be jolted into believing in themselves as unique men and women who have the power to shape their own future.


It's something that's been passed on through generation to generation.


Difficulties:

Some words in listening can’t be heard clearly.

The usages of words are not  completely proper.


Method:

Use syn. To understand meanings of the words


Direction in the coming week:

Practicing listening more and shadowing the sentences.

Part 2

I would like to become more diligent next week.

I admire my loneliness in this week.
