1. 周五语法补漏。每周五早读做一张语法片子,坚持上课反馈并小惩没有写的同学,当天上课讲评这个语法,可能只需要不到五分钟,但是贵在及时反馈,查缺补漏。今天练习的是定语从句,就明显让学生理解到to whom,这个介词后面关系代词用宾格的用法。让学生补到whose除了讲人的,还可以是物的,比如whose cover is blue。还有学生忘记whether可以引导定语从句,还有不会先行词只能是名词或代词的漏洞。本次定语从句小练完美收宫。
2. 周五10班上课讲了语法反馈,孩子们收获也很大。同步练的语法反馈也争取早点判完最好当天,实在不行第二天,最差不要过当周把他讲评一下。教师有反馈,学生才能更有获得感。
3. 双周周四考试今天周五集大成之日,10班没来得及但是7班做到了,那就是把周四的试卷也讲评了,当然讲得比较快,没有处理文章直接进入题目,10分钟搞定。短平快。
4.周五与家长进行文字的沟通,如小管家当周的大白和时文阅读成绩,如跑操情况反馈。
5.争取周三也针对学生容易错的题来听写两分钟,让学生知道听写难题原文的重要性,获得及时反馈。

今天备课writing workshop A Funny Story, 可以让学生选一个,what is the funniest thing that has happened to you? What is the most awkward thing that has happened to you?微写作。给学生抛砖引玉,自己写一篇the most awkward ,让豆包润色一下。

When I was a freshman in college, I went to the new teaching building for the first time. I went into the lady's bathroom, and was a little bit surprised, observing that college bathrooms are so much different from those of middle schools. I went into one 蹲坑, and closed the door. As soon as I closed the door, I heard someone walking in, homing a song. It was a boy! Next , I heard the sound of peeing againt the wall. It suddenly dawned on me that I had walked into the men's bathroom. What a shame! I was hoping that the ground would open up and consume me. I was so embarrested that I waited for a little while, untill the boy left, and fled out of the men's bathroom with all my might.
When I was a freshman, I stepped into the brand-new teaching building for the first time. I wandered into what I thought was the ladies' room, and I’ll admit—I was low-key shocked by how different college restrooms are from middle school ones!
I popped into a squat toilet stall, shut the door behind me, and just as the latch
clicked, I heard someone stroll in singing a terrible off-key tune.
And it was definitely a guy’s voice.
Seconds later, I heard the unmistakable sound of someone peeing against the wall. That’s when it hit me like a ton of bricks: I’d wandered into the men’s room! Talk about mortifying—I wanted the floor to swallow me whole right then and there. I froze, bright red in the face, and waited what felt like an eternity until the guy finished his terrible serenade and left.
Then I bolted out of that stall faster than a cat avoiding a bath, practically sprinting out of the men’s room with my tail between my legs. I swear, I never checked a bathroom sign so carefully in my life after that!
10班的学生大部分写的是awkward moment, 原来学生不知道答案或者她没有书让她罚站她会很尴尬,原来四五个学生都有参加演讲比赛忘词的经历,有一个孩子参加歌唱比赛忘词,有两个孩子牵错朋友的手,有一个孩子发错信息把要饮料的信息发给老师了,结果老师还给他买了。好可爱的孩子们。universal awkward. 我真是喜欢判孩子们的小作文,思想和情感的碰撞。

今天有很幸福的和学生一起读原版小说的时光,而两个班可以读两节课。7班读杀死一只知更鸟,智慧清醒的做蛋糕的邻居,理智温情的父亲,淘气的孩子们。10班读小妇人,姐妹之间的细碎感动与不同选择下的不同命运。
今天除了英语课,还是上了一节阅读课,先完成听力文本串词,再开启第三课阅读时光,借用KWL表格提升学生自己提问的能力,7班提出who is the actor?Why is he suitable for.the.role?How did he act?
老师借用学生的问题梳理文章主线,借用课本两个场景的时间线和情感线结构化信息,复述或者演戏内化,同时提出高阶问题批判创新,
WHAT KIND OF person is Mr.BEAN and ROWAN? Do you want to be Mr Bean ,why? DO you want to be a comedian like him?Who.do.you want to be like?
今天去教研看到风采杯有位清华附的老师还是首师大附的老师推荐了星运里的错,这本书也适合高中生读,加油,高二下学期考虑一下。

今天大白顺利考完,然后两个班讲完了Lesson 3, 思路清晰,课堂流畅,学生听与阅读与动笔结合,最后串词。时间关系没有来得及让学生分析一下她们自己愿意成为什么样的人?罗文还是憨豆先生,想不想和憨豆吃饭,罗文哪一点经历特别吸引你?你从课堂中学到什么,从KWL开始回到KWL的已经Learn到什么。
今天晚上监考我做完了明天的时文外刊阅读,真不错,喜欢,做得很顺畅很快意。
周四
今天监考,学生40分钟4篇阅读理解,基本问题不大。每周最起码一定要两周至少一次给孩子们测试做阅读训练的限时训练,很重要。
周五8
今天讲评练习和试卷,在10班和7班趁热乎劲儿讲评语法真是太给力了。下周五我就没有啥语法片子了,我去印刷一批吧,查缺补漏一个。
今天同时把第三课的词汇串了一下,下次可以紧接着就做课文挖空的练习,让学生学习完词汇后赶紧来练习,内化很重要。在黑板左边写上当天要完成的任务果然容易课堂紧凑,学生和老师心里都有底。
