It is not a surprise that Texas was hit by extreme winter weather in mid-February. Evidences showed clues many times that similar events .  Besides, Texas is not ready for the catastrophe . Much of the electricity infrastructure in Texas wasn't hardened. The extreme weather events of the 21st century will look nothing thoes that came before .

The climate-linked disasters are just a beginning , it is a global threat. We should harden the infrastructure to developing more localized energy production. We should think about the problem in another way, because there would be no experiences to be followed.
