1、增加依赖文件
pom.xml文件中增加两个依赖：

<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>

</configuration>
</plugin>
2、IDEA设置
位置：file ->settings -> Build,Execution,Deployment -> compiler
