🌟 Ruby’s Day of Saying “No”
在森林幼儿园里，Ruby 是一只热情的小兔子。
In the Forest Kindergarten, Ruby was a warm and cheerful little bunny.
她喜欢跟每位小动物说“Hi！”，但有时候，别人会让她做她不喜欢的事情。
She loved saying “Hi!” to every little animal, but sometimes others asked her to do things she didn’t like.
一天，小狐狸Max说：“Ruby，我们把泥巴倒在你裙子上吧！”
One day, Max the little fox said, “Ruby, let’s pour mud on your dress!”
Ruby皱了皱鼻子。她一点也不喜欢。
Ruby wrinkled her nose. She didn’t like that at all.
她想起妈妈教她的话。
She remembered what Mommy had taught her.
于是她勇敢地说：“不，我不想这样做。”
So she said bravely, “No, I don’t want to do that.”
Max又问：“那你就做一下嘛！”
Max asked again, “Just do it once!”
Ruby站得直直的，耳朵竖得高高的，说：
Ruby stood tall, her ears straight up, and said, “Stop asking me.”
Max愣了一下，眨了眨眼。
Max blinked, surprised.
他发现Ruby不是生气，只是很坚定。
He realized Ruby wasn’t angry—she was just firm.
“哦……好吧。”Max说。“那我们去找叶子玩吧？”
“Oh… okay,” Max said. “Want to play with leaves instead?”
Ruby笑了，点点头：“这个我愿意。”
Ruby smiled and nodded: “That one I like.”
那天傍晚，Ruby躺在床上，轻轻地抱着她的小枕头。
That evening, Ruby lay in bed, gently hugging her little pillow.
她觉得自己心里暖暖的。
Her heart felt warm.
因为她学会了：
不喜欢的事情可以说不。
真正的朋友会尊重她。
Because she learned:
She can say no to things she doesn’t like.
And real friends will respect her.
