题目            One way to solve the problem of parking in inner city areas is to have large car parks around the city center and a public transport network to take people around the inner city. Inner city parking would then be limited and very expensive. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this approach to urban planning?

      Nowadays as the development of the economy and technology,  our city have been converted to modern and international one. The rapid expansion brings the higher standard of lives to us but it also courses an increasing number of car crowding the roads. Therefore, the urban planning of constructing  large car parks and public transport network emerges as the times requires.

      It's beyond despute that the urban planning could make convenience to our citizens.  The larhe car parks in city would be of great help when we are trapped in no places to park our cars. Additionally, the public network is necessary to a city which wants to make sustainable development because not only does it definitely helps us to keep the  environment clean and tidy but also it reduces the traffic congestion in cities.

        However, as the old saying goes "Each coin has two sides." There is almost not a plan can make all's well that ends well. When it brings us benefits, there are also some  problems.  Building car parks in city centre means the government needs to cost a lot. There is something worse that the downtown area is valuable for a city's economic development so it is absolutely not situable to make a large car park in the golden area.Completing a public network needs a lot of time and larbor force and the government also should think throughly about the traffic routes for citizens in order to make most of them accept and be benefited from it.  It can't be accomplished in a short term.    (250)
