DOT Training Recap：

1. Things about ourselves.

Division W - We are "number one" team.

A,Number one "good looking" team - thanks Doris ,Yunny and Nestor, we had a name of "model agency".  Thanks to my "long hair", nearly to be the dragger.:)

B,Number one "high score" team - thanks everyone's hard work and positive participation into all sessions of DOT meeting.good start , half of the success!

C,Number one "deep connection" team - thanks Doris, you lead us to preview and get prepared even before the training start. thanks Nestor, you show me a very different life style during midnight, "crazy boy" title is definitely yours. thanks Yunny, you let me know there is NO yes or no for everything, now I nearly don't know yes or no for "eating". We definitely building a excellent team with deep connection.

2. Things are impressive.

District 89 - Together we shine.

A,Elva, Kate, Molly, Judy and Scarlett are goddess!!! Kenneth, Wilson, Alex, Jeff, Rocky and Herman are gods!!! Yes! Leagues of legendary! Everyone's training session gave me new ideas and made me more clear on what/how to serve TM members well as AD director.

B,The second day VIP training in a VIP room lead by VIP trainer - Wilson. Helped by Herman. Thank you both! The whole session was impressive and enjoyable. We had face to face conversation with productive results. Division W gets blue print, tools, solutions, packages and so on,  we feel even more powerful to build a strong division W.

C, Molly came to every group and approached us personally to explain pathways and introduce speechcraft. You made me think deeper about how to help AZA and build new club. Very impressive! Molly- goddess!!!

3, things on to-do list

Area W3 - The coming year will be fun, Together we will achieve excellence.

A, As AD, I will dare to be different and dare to dream! You will have a different leader. When do "things", lead by example, show excellence standards. When deal with "people", remember you are a servant.

B, DCP, DAP, DOT, COT, Club visit, Speech contests, Pathways, Speechcraft, Outings, Family days, Joint meetings, Open day, build new club, MOT. Have a good plan, take action, keep doing it, stay in control.

C, Treat clubs like a "grandpa", President and Vice Presidents shall be the direct parents to serve and lead the club. "Grandpa" being supportive and helpful, point out the direction, train the trainers,

Chasing after excellence, not perfect! Learn by doing,  Teach by learning.
