1 . 邮件开头:直接表达感谢

慰问信的几点注意:
• 写信这一行为往往比写信本身更为重要:传递温暖关注行为本身
• 不要有提建议的行为 :会给对方造成有压力

五.离职告别
告知共事过的同事或者合作伙伴写告别信,感谢他们对你的帮助和支持,告诉他们职位的变化和接替的是谁让对方觉得你非常负责任,留下较好的印象。

• 提前几天发出:不要在Last day发出,会让对方觉得有些突然,对方也会有时间和你告别和交接。

• 不要cc,尽量bcc:收件人想要回复你时,cc很容易reply all造成群发
• 可以单独向对你很重要的人告别
如果别人向你发来离职告别:
