Today is the 9th day at working, I've met some new problem:
1 I have so many tasks to be done, which I need to do first?
2 How to communicate with my colleges? how to make friends with them?
3 When I feel so low, how to finish my tasks in time?
I think I'll give answers in the following days. And also I noticed that It's very improtant to improve my creative thinking. How to improve my speaking skills? Just express and read books and practice!
