从创新能力看，中国的全社会研发投入、高技术产业投资连续多年保持两位数增长，云计算、大数据、人工智能、区块链等新兴技术加快应用，智能终端、机器人、远程医疗等新产品、新业态不断涌现。高新技术企业数增加至约40万家，独角兽企业数量居世界第二。这些都将加快中国发展新动能的形成与壮大。

In terms of innovation capacity, China’s total input in research and development and investment in the high-tech sector has been growing at double-digit rates for several years running. New technologies, including cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain, are being applied at a faster pace. New products and new business forms such as intelligent terminals, robots and telehealth keep emerging. China now has some 400,000 high-tech enterprises and ranks second globally in the number of unicorn companies. All this will boost the formation and cultivation of new growth drivers in China.
