I’m currently working as an HR assistant in a small internet company.

I graduated two years ago with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. This is my first job. My daily routine includes managing personnel files, organising staff training, and sometimes I assist in staff recruitment. I don’t always work overtime, but it’s not exactly a nine-to-five job.

The best part of this job is its diversity. I need to deal with both numbers and documents, as well as people and events. I’ve already become an all-rounder in my department. 

But sometimes I also feel a bit bored because some of my duties can be quite trivial. And I no longer feel the same fulfilment as I did when I first started.

I get a good salary and I am enjoying the job so far. Well… at least most of the time. I hope I can get promoted or take up something more challenging in the near future.
