喻伽课渐入佳境,我的喻伽老师和我说:“Yoga takes time, that is to say, it takes a certain amount of time. Some changes can not be forced to happen. Like a beautiful flower, you are waiting for it to open so that you can appreciate its beauty. It slowly begins to open. So, you have to wait for the opening of this one, you have to wait for the arrival of knowledge, you have to wait for the arrival of this feeling, when you can get the results, the results will come. ”
想起春节在先锋书店看书,王尔德(自深深处)里的一段话:“There are many things I need to do in front of me. I need to climb steeper peaks and cross darker canyons. All this can only be done by myself, neither religion nor morality nor reason can help me.”
两段话相互呼应,让我在动静之间找到平衡点,在每周三次的喻伽课上听到花开的声音,在每天忙碌的工作中找到自我价值体系和从容的力量。
