很多宝妈都疑惑怎么断奶啊？舍不得给宝宝断奶怎么办？来看看这位宝妈断奶的心路历程吧。
其实我是打算让我女儿自然离乳的，因为母乳是只有妈妈才有的，这种特殊的关系我是很享受的，特别是看到宝宝在怀里吃着母乳满足的表情，微微一笑倾城，二笑倾国啊。
直到十一个多月的时候，宝宝开始不吃奶粉，以前会偶尔喂点奶粉，都是吃的，还有就是辅食也不怎么吃了，自然就饿得快，一会儿一要母乳吃，这个时候我已经全职带她了，是有时间给她吃的，但是不够吃了，辅食也不吃了，我开始有点慌了。晚上也要起来两三次吃母乳，虽然我万般不舍，还是打定主意要断奶了，这个决定是在她一周岁的时候做的。像我宝宝这样不吃辅食的一周以后就可以强制断了。
决定断奶了就是找谁实施了，妈妈自己带的宝宝很难断，想要快就找个宝宝喜欢的人陪宝宝一起玩一起睡，妈妈不要常在宝宝面前晃。我是找的奶奶，一来是宝宝喜欢奶奶，二是自己亲妈相处起来会少很多矛盾。我是让我妈妈来我家给宝断奶的，睡觉的时候奶奶带着睡她一直睡的房间，宝宝住惯了，奶奶比较好带。奶奶来了当天晚上就跟奶奶睡了，我一晚上没有怎么睡，晚上听见宝宝哭了，心焦的很，迷迷糊糊睡了一夜。第二天我妈告诉我，晚上醒了三次，前两次伸手找妈妈，叫了下抱着走走唱个戏就睡了。第三次醒来不找妈妈了，看了下奶奶自己睡了。我也在药店买了断奶药，但是开始几天还是很胀的，也很疼，我没有用吸奶器，我想给宝宝吃，就跟我妈妈说了我的想法。前三天每天早晚一次，过了三天不怎么胀了是晚上一次，吃了两天就再也不让吃了，我妈妈说再吃就断不掉了。我只好挤出来了。
有一点说一下，断奶的妈妈们要是还打算要宝宝，吃母乳的话还是喝中药断奶的，我是在药店买的大麦芽和山楂。前两天熬的水多，喝了很多还是胀，我妈妈️给我加了金银花熬的，就早晚喝一大杯，空腹喝。
