Cargo是 rust 的构建系统和包管理器，相当于工程抓手

- Windows: 下载
rusti-init.ext进行安装，默认选项，安装完毕就可以使用 - 类Unix平台：执行

You can uninstall at any time with rustup self uninstall and
these changes will be reverted.

To get started you may need to restart your current shell.
This would reload your PATH environment variable to include
Cargo's bin directory ($HOME/.cargo/bin).
To configure your current shell, run:
source $HOME/.cargo/env
验证
rustc --version，cargo --verson, rustup --version
卸载操作：rustup self uninstall
