how to speak English smoothly?

I am a typical Chinese student who has been learning English for about 11years. I really want to learn English well recently. I have two problems using English. The first is to write in English. The second is to smoothly express what I thought in English. I can improve my writing by writing a lot. But how can I speak in English.smoothly? My answer will be to speak a lot. I have reading aloud for more than 380 days. I can fluently read an anticle after deliberate practice.
I can't fluently talk to people when I want to express my idea. I have to search my brain to find an appropriate answer. Then I have to open my mouth to say. Sometimes I choke. Or I can't express the way as I want. John has said: you will get better at what you do. If I want to use English freely, I have to collect enough correct daily dialogue and apply them in daily life. Above all, I can make up my own sentence, say them out loud, find native speaker's dialogue by watching movies. Then adjust my regular dialogue collection and speak. Soak myself in English.

Moment 2: I took me about 6 hours pack my books and clothes. Thanks for the help of my friends. It would be a mess without them.
Moment 3: I gived away some books. I had a long talk with the mates who want them. I felt happy.
