After our graduation from university,we will face on numbers of choices about career such as being a boss or an employee.I choose to be an employee.
There are my reasons for this choice.On the one hand, the boss needs to take risks, understand the market, be good at making business partners and managing people, and not all of them are suitable for the boss. Because my condition is not so good, I have insufficient funds, and I lack the excellent quality of being a boss. Because the boss has to do everything to his company, take risks and be under pressure. On the other hand, being an employee is the task of getting the boss to do a good job, to get the high quality to complete the task, and then to accumulate the time, every month, can get a fixed salary. The requirement is not that high, the responsibility is not so heavy. In addition, I can improve my skills, learn more, and improve myself.
All in all,I choose to be general employee after graduated.In my opinion,to be a good employee
