so step No. 2 after creating a holistic goal is to treat daily self education as an absolute necessity.所以在制定全面目标后的第二步就是把每日自我教育视为绝对必要的
Schools are necessary in many cases.学校在许多情况下是必要的
but they teach you a fraction of what actaully exists in reality但他们教授的只是现实中存在的一小部分知识
They train you into a compartment if reality - like chemistry,physiology, or literature - and lack regard for the holistic interconnectedness that breeds true intelligence.他们把你培养成为某个现实的小格局比如化学,生理学或文学,没有对整体性的考虑以及由此孕育出的真正智慧的相互联系

The difference between where you are and where you want to be is skill.This is a fact.你现在所在位置与你希望达到的位置是存在技能差距的事实
You don't have the results you want because you aren't the person with the skill that could get those results.你不能得到你想要的结果,因为你不是拥有那些技能的人获得那些结果
The only thing that can stop you is getting distracted to the point falling off the path.唯一可能阻止你的,就是分心。以至于偏离了道路
skills can be trained 但技能是可以习得的
as I said before .learing to waik and speak are arguably the most complex skills you've ever learned就像我之前说的学会走路和说话可以说是你学过的最复杂的技能了
they are more complex than building a million dollar company the thing is you didn't have a mind chained by limits that you were taught by prople who didn't break through their own,比建立一家价值百万美元的公司都复杂得多,关键是当时你的大脑还未能被那些未能突破自身局限的人灌输的。

I will provide reasons and whys behind each part of my routine我将为日常的每一个部分提供理由和原因

I encourage you to take bits and pieces of my routine as inspiration for your own so that you can test and experiment with something that may not have crossed your mind earlier我鼓励你选取我的日常中的一些部分作为灵感来创造自己的这样你就可以测试和实验,一些之前可能没有出现在你脑海中的东西
to the first thing that I do is I take a 30 minute morning walk .所以我做的第一件事是每天早上6点左右,进行30分钟的晨间散步
First thing in the morning, around 6 am, I get outside no matter the weather or how I feel. 不管天气如何,我的感受如何,我都会外出
I will either listen to a podcast or edicational materisl or just plan out my day on my phone 我要么去听播客或者教育性的内容或者就是在手机上规划我的一天
I aim for around 15 to 20000 steps a day just because of the stacked benefits that it brings my life 我的目标是每天走15000-20000步因为这给我的生活带来了诸多好处
walking is one of those activities that requires minimal effort but brings maximal results 不行是一种几乎不需要多少努力但能带来最大化结果的活动
so the second thing that I do is 90 minutes of focused work 第二件我做的事情是90分钟的专注工作
I have a list of recurring tasks and levers that I execute every morning我有一个每天早上执行的重复任务和杠杆清单
this is when I write things like books,newsletters ,content and marketing material.这是我写书籍,时事通讯内容和营销材料的时候
I stack all of my priority tasks in this work block so I can complete them before most people wake up我会在这个工作时段内完成所有优先任务这样在大多数人醒来之前就可以完成
so step three is that I go on another 30 minute walk or I run.第三步是我会再去散步30分钟或者跑步
so I've been running three times a week for about 30 minutes so Monday, Wednesday, Friday所以我一周跑步三次,每次大约30分钟
and this is just to hit the general recommendation of like 150 minutes of zone 2 cardio a week也就是周一周三和周五。这样就可以达到每周150分钟区域二心血管训练的一般建议
step 4 is again another 90 minute focus work block第四步还是90分钟的专注工作
so after my run or walk I shower eat breakfast and I sit back down to work 在跑步或散步后我会洗澡,吃早餐然后回到工作
during this block I do less creative tasks ,this is when I help with administrative work or client work or introducing myself to more people 在这个时间段我会做一些较为简单的任务或者行政工作或者结识更多人
like responding to clients or peolpe that I'm working with回复客服或者我正在合作的人
so step 5 is I take calls before I go on another walk 第五步是我要接听电话,然后再去散步

this is a new block 这是一个新的环节
because I've gone over my routine before obviously因为我之前已经介绍过我的日程安排了
but I used to despise calls and I removes them completely from my day但我以前非常讨厌接电话,我把它从我的日程中完全删除了
I stopped client work I stopped all calls 我停止了客户工作也不接任何电话
but with cortex the software that I'm building 但随着我正在开发的Cortex软件,
this isn't possible anymore and I had to accept that even though it threatened my identity 这已经不太可能了,我不得不接受这一点尽管这威胁到了我的工作属性

so step 6 is that I go to the gym 第六步是我要去健身房

so that we can catch up and kind of just socialize and talk about things that aren't business ,这样我们就可以互相了解近况,,聊一些不涉及工作的话题
just have a good laugh together have a good lunch because myself and him and my friends keep their Social Circle extremely small.一起好好聊聊天,吃个舒服的午餐,因为我和我的朋友们都保持社交圈非常小
step number 8 is that I take a nap or I go on another walk or I finish busy work第八步是我会小睡一会儿或者再去散散步,或者完成一些琐碎工作
so it's about like 3 to 4 now,and things are starting to get boring here so I'll spare you that 现在大概是下午3点到4点了,这个时候事情开始变得无聊了所以我就不详细说了
but this is the part of my day where it's dedicated to psychological recovery 这是我一天中专门用来恢复心理状态的时间
so step number 9 the last step is that I'll either go to dinner with a friend or stay in and spend time with my girlfriend 第九步是最后一步,我要么去和朋友一起吃晚餐要么就在家里和女朋友度过
I love nice dinners 我也很喜欢好的餐厅
that's one of the bad habits of mine这可能算是我的一个坏习惯吧
even though I don't think it's a bad habit 尽管我并不认为是坏习惯
that's really the only thing that I spend a lot of my money on 这确实是我花费最多金钱的地方
is just good food,good experiences good dinners,就是好的食物,好的体验,好的晚餐
