Flood. A massive flood. If we are not able to look at this carefully and maybe if we're hungry, at first glance, we would read it as food, a lot of food.

Of course the meaning is totally different but there's also some connection between them. Massive flood can lead to roads and establishments being shut down, thus, resulting to lack of food. This kind of disaster is sometimes, out of our control but we can do something to prevent it.
If it's there, we cannot do anything but to be prepared in order to prevent the water-borne diseases and other hygiene-related health problems from spreading, I think.
That's the least we can do if we are under this situation but we cannot do this alone, the government should pay more attention on building dykes with better and a sturdy material meanwhile, to appeal to the people to protect our environment and natural resources like planting more trees, proper waste management etc. It's not only limited on this, people should be aware of the effects of a massive flood and how to deal with it.
In case this happens, always remember to put people first because if people can survive then everything is possible.
When a flood is coming, like other disasters, we have to keep calm, don't panic and stop complaining. Gather your family members and collect the things that you can save and get out of there.
Before this happens, you should have planned how to evacuate to a safe place and if you still have power, you must help others because at this moment, our priority is to save lives and not things. Houses can be rebuilt, things can be changed, money can be earned but we cannot bring back people's lives.
