C36385-Day02-Biden Should Nominate Judges Who Battled the Government in Court

Biden’s administration is looking to bring some much-needed and historically underrepresented professional diversity to the federal bench. Both libertarian and progressive legal activists criticized the imbalance between the number of Goliaths-judges representing the government in court and the number of Davids- judges challenging the government in court and called for a substantive diversity in justice system. Biden needs to make amends by nominating more Davids-judges that have challenged the government in court.
