Libertarians dissatisfied with plenty of Joe Biden’s judicial decisions for his image as an inveterate drug warrior and law enforcement booster. However, the good news is that the Biden team is likely to bring some much-required professional diversity to the federal bench. For a long time, the number of prosecutors who are on behalf of the government outweighs the public defenders who challenge the government, which brings unfairness in judicial system. Therefore, Substantive diversity of judges is more needed instead of racial diversity. To improve this situation, Biden is suggested to appoint more judges who once battled the government in court.
