1.安装
1)安装库
sudo apt-get install build-essential python-dev openmpi-bin
2)确定gcc, 输入cc 看是否存在

3)安装MPICH
Deepin v20 MPICH 安装
4)安装Citcoms
- 解压安装包
tar -zxvf 文件名 - cd到解压目录
- 配置安装路径,[username]替换自己电脑名称:
./configure -prefix=/home/[username]/software/Citcoms
- 编译
make
make install
- 添加变量环境
sudo dedit ~/.bashrc
弹出文本末尾添加
export MPI_ROOT=/home/[username]/software/Citcoms
export PATH=$MPI_ROOT/bin:$PATH
export MANPATH=$MPI_ROOT/man:$MANPATH
- 关闭后激活环境变量
source ~/.bashrc
5)安装Opendx
sudo apt-get install dx
2.运行
cd到需要运行文件位置,终端输入
CitcomSRegional example0
#或者
mpirun -np 1 CitcomSRegional example0
3.合并数据
sudo autocombine.py localhost pid000130781 10
4.可视化
- opendx
dx
- 弹出窗口选择Edit Visual Programs,回车进入下级,右边导航到share/visual里面选择 visRegional.net
- 弹出Visual Program Editor window.
- import tab 双击 FileSelector block,打开 Control Panel window.
- CitcomSImport filename input box, select the header file of your postprocessed data, e.g.,samples/regtest.cap00.100.general
注意修改第一行里到文件后缀类型,不然不显示
5.gmt绘图
plot_layer.py modelname caps step layer
plot_layer.py example0 1 10 2 #2代表分层,0-10
