　　Ma Xiaoqiu:The real economy and virtual economy are indispensable

　　最近听见做实体经济的人说，发展实体经济是国家的未来；做虚拟经济的人则说，虚拟经济是強国的最好方法。其实这两者的言论都过于偏激，都是就局部而论局部的言论。

　　Recently those who do the real economy say that the development of the real economy is the future of the country;those who do the fictitious economy say that the virtual economy is the best way to strengthen the country.In fact,both of these remarks are too extreme.They are all partial comments on the topic.

　　如果我们站在国家的层面来看待实体经济和虚拟经济的问题，我们就会清楚地认识到：实体经济和虚拟经济是事物阴阳的两个方面。在此，虚拟经济为阴，实体经济为阳。一阴一阳谓之道，阴阳是构成事物的两个方面。人世间所有的事物，都是在阴阳之间的相互促进和相互制约中向前发展变化的。这道理很简单，孤阳不生，孤阴不长，男女阴阳相合才能生育后代，才能生生不息。实体经济和虚拟经济同样如此。对于国家而言，实体经济和虚拟经济是不可缺少的两个组成部分，阴阳相合、虚实相应，才能真正促进国民经济的良性发展。从事物的局部决定事物整体的发展方向是不对的，学会从整体看局部才能有效地把握未来的发展方向，才能在世界经济激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

　　If we look at the real economy and virtual economy at the national level,we will clearly recognize that the real economy and the virtual economy are two aspects of the Yin and Yang of things.Here,the virtual economy is Yang(negative)and the real economy is Yang(positive).One Yin and one Yang mean the Tao.Say that Yin and Yang are two aspects of things.All things in the world are moving forward in the mutual promotion and mutual restraint between Yin and Yang.This principle is very simple,the solitary Yang is not producing,the solitary Yin is not growing,and the Yin and Yang combination,the men and women combination can produce offspring to survive.The real economy and the virtual economy are the same.For the country,the real economy and the virtual economy are two indispensable components.Congruence between Yin and Yang and the corresponding real and virtual can really promote the sound development of the national economy.It is wrong to determine the overall development direction of things from the locality of things.Learning to look at the local from the whole can effectively grasp the direction of future development,so as to be undefeated in the fierce competition of the world economy.

　　从某种意义上说，实体经济离不开虚拟经济的助力，虚拟经济也离不开实体经济的支撑。此两者缺一不可。

　　In a sense,the real economy is inseparable from the support of the virtual economy,and the virtual economy is inseparable from the support of the real economy.Both are indispensable.
