Ma Xiaoqiu:Inspiration of"Commandments,meditation,wisdom"
清晨五时，天光未现，手按开关，房灯亮起。刹那间，思绪被灯的光亮引起⋯⋯
At five o'clock in the morning,the sky light is not present,and my hand presses the button and the room light turns on.In a flash,thoughts are lightened by the lamp.
在佛学中，我们常常可以看见＂戒、定、慧＂三个字。＂戒＂指的是一、不杀生(亲自杀和间接杀。）二、不偷盗(不取不义之财物，不探他人之秘密。）三、不邪淫（夫妻之外的不正当男女关系，以及意念之不正当的想法。）四、不妄语(不说谎话，不说狂傲之语言。）只有把持戒律，才能升起定力。＂定＂指的是专一、专注，心不外驰，心神合一，知行合一。长此以往＂戒定＂成为了自然而然的行为。这时＂戒定＂的力量方能开启智慧的大门。
In Buddhism,we can often see the characters"Jie,Ding,Hui""jie"means Commandments;Ding means meditation;Hui means wisdom"."Jie"refers to:1,do not kill(pro-killing and indirect killing.);2,do not steal(do not take illegitimate goods,do not seek out the secrets of others.);3,do not be engaged in sexual prostitution(unfair relationship between men and women,and unfair ideas that are not justified.);4.Do not fake talk.(Do not lie,do not speak the language of arrogance.)Only by holding the commandments,can you rise in meditation."Meditation"refers to the oneness and concentration,the mind does not push,the mind is united,and the knowledge and practice are united.In the long term,"Jie,Ding"have become a natural behavior.At this time,the power of"Jie,Ding"can open the door to wisdom.
写到这里，我由衷地感到，现代文字(白话文）的力不从心！大道至简，现代文字，不知从什么时候开始变到如此复杂的地步。古代经典所言＂智慧观照，内外明彻。识自本心，若识本心，即本解脱。若得解脱，即得三昧。＂如此简单、明了、透彻的古代文字，当今的我们却难以理解。我不禁哀叹，今天的我们到底是进步了还是后退了？
After writing this,I sincerely feel that the power of my modern text(in Chinese)is not good!The Tao is very simple,but morden writing,I do not know when it began to change to such a complicated point.The ancient scriptures said,"Look inside intelligently at your mind,both inside and outside are clear;If you realize your own nature,you are free.If you have to be free,you will get Samādhi--Suspend all distractions,calm the mind."It is so simple,clear and thorough in ancient text,but it is difficult for us today to understand.I could not help but sigh,today's we are in progress or backwards?
戒、定、慧，就像灯光一样，有灯即有光，无灯即黒暗。灯是光的身体，光是灯的用处。虽然名为灯光，一灯、二光，但灯光同一。戒、定、慧的方法亦復如是。
"Jie,Ding,Hui"are just like lights.There are Lights,there is light.No lights,it is dark.The lamp is the light body,and the light is the use of the lamp.Although the name is the light of the lamp,one lamp,two light,but the light of lamp are one.The methods of"Jie,Ding,Hui"are also the same.
