有时候，国内 ISP 或者 服务机构提供的 DNS 不稳定（通常通过 DHCP），或者说有解析错误的时候，导致你无法访问到你希望访问的网站。这时候，你要考虑重新 配置你的 DNS 服务器，防止 DNS 劫持。

注：注意防止 DNS 服务商本身作恶，比如：故意不解析，给出错误解析，导致用户无法正常访问其目的网站。后文有示例。

设置 active network 的 DNS
进入 Network and Sharing Center 后，在 View your active networks 区，点击网络名称。

jianshu.com 访问问题
Mar. 18, 2016 一早访问简书，竟然出现错误：
403 Forbidden FSCS/1.2.5
经查，发现是 DNS 解析问题，因为 pac 配置中有一个 .xxxjianshu.com 项，这个网站被和谐了，ISP 将其 DNS 解析成有问题。原来还以为 FSCS 是个什么 Web Server，it is just a name. Just Ignore it.
修改 DNS 后，简书正常访问。
