Hello, everyone, my name is power（Power of strength）. Maybe you guys think this name is like boy’s name, yep, few girls have such names. For me, there are two reasons going to this name, firstly, the first name of my Chinese name represents power, secondly and more importantly, I want to be a powerful girl。

Dragon Boat Festival - a traditional public holiday in China
Dragon boat racing and Zongzi, which is a traditional rice dish made with sticky rice stuffed with different ingredients and wrapped in bamboo leaves, are essential and indispensable parts of the public holiday. We celebrate the ancient great poet and politician Quyuan, who, according to the legend, jumped into a river to express his patriotism. Therefore, Zongzi(a kind of rice dumplings) were thrown into river to prevent the fish from eating the body of Quyuan. Nowadays, there are different flavors of Zongzi. The sweet one is my favorite.

Last week, I climbed the Wugong Mountain in Jiangxi province, in southern China. It is one of the greatest mountains in China. Its grassy endless meadow and other natural beauties, such as fascinating sunrise and sunset, the sea of clouds and starry sky, attract innumerable(countless) outdoor fans to hike and camp there. Colorful tents dot the meadow. The two-day hiking was really a worthwhile trip despite exhaustion. My only regret is that I did not camp there.

Garbage sorting regulation has been implemented in Shanghai. There are four categories, wet trash, dry trash, recyclable trash and poisonous trash. Some people praised Shanghai for taking the role model and taking initiative to solve garbage problem and protecting envirment. While others complained the inconvenience of the regulation for their daily life.And there is a joke about the garbage sorting. Each time thinking about pigs before sorting garbage.Things pigs can eat go for wet trash, can’t eat are dry trash.
