1、python 3.8.10 amd64位版本
Python3.9已经不再支持Win7了，python 3.9 以下的版本才支持 window7。本文使用Python3.8.10
win7 必须是有sp1补丁和 KB2533623补丁，才能正常安装.
2、 .net framework 4.5.2-64位
高于此版本的可能在win7上无法安装。比如：4.8.1
3、vc++ build tools

下载安装vc build tools 2015: solved_packageMissInInstalling_mu_visual_cpp_build_tools_2015_update_3_x64_dvd_dfd9a39c.iso
此安装需要.net支持，所以必须先安装.net framework
