1，Phagocytic cells pecentage（具有吞噬作用的细胞比例）：the percentage of phagocytic cells is the number of macrophages that ingest at least one tumor cell divided by the total number of macrophages，如图1.1。

2，Phagocytic index（吞噬指数）：phagocytic index is the number of ingested tumor cells divided by the total number of macrophages. 也就是总共被吞的tumor cells个数除以总巨噬细胞数目（number of phagocytized tumor cell per macrophage的意思）

3，Mean fluorescent intensity（平均荧光强度，MFI）：无论是基于FACS还是荧光显微镜成像，tumor cell的荧光强度和个数的加权平均，MFI和Phagocytic index有近乎完美的correlation，如下图1.2。
