When you hear the phrase"epidemic"what comes to mind?
Maybe you remember the unbearable pain of illnesses and deaths ; perhaps you were exposed to the intense of the noisy hospitals with the quite streets that should be filled with happiness outside; most likely, however , what comes will be , and should be these three words : unity , belief , dedication.
UNITY
We do need unity, as every war needs guns and grain.
It's no use overcoming the difficulty just depends on spiritual ones without strength.
It is unity that construct a bridge between people from different areas ; it is unity that gather strength from different places.
So we are happy to see since the outbreak began,every car has the same destination : Wuhan ; we are moved to tears when the whole nation only call the same sincere aspirations : Go China !
BELIEF
We are great believers of a better future .
Belief is such an important thing whose value was highly above rubies，and only with which we can see the flower of hope blooms on the wasteland while nearly be beaten to the ground by setbacks.
Just like sailors can not lose their star while sailing , we can not be without a faithful heart while fighting.
Because hope is there , we are choosing to never back off when it comes down to life and death as well as bravely choose the former ; thank belief is there , we are having full confidence in nothing is insurmountable which enable us never ever think about taking the easy way out .We are convinced that we will win this battle against deadly virus. Maybe it takes some time , that's ok，whatever , we have already drown strength from belief.
DEDICATION
What is of great significance is that we do appreciate the spirit of dedication especially the people who carry it and truly put it into practice, even if it means endless working, unknown dangers, unpredictable goodbye.
Tired as they are, they just go ahead ; fear as they are , they just summon their courage up ; desperate as they are, they choose keep going.
Who are they ? Not only nurses , doctors，policeman , delivery clerks . They are people who set their comfort aside for the sake of other compatriots' wellbeing ; they are people without whom we cannot stay healthy in our home.
OF COURSE , I'm not here to tell you misery is an ennobling experience , the epidemic itself is romanticised only by fools. But since hateful suffering has deprived us so much, we need to ASK FOR MORE .
We should gain STUBBORNNESS , as J.K. Rowling once told ," The knowledge that you have emerged wiser and stronger from setbacks means that you are ,ever after,secure in your ability to survive."
We should gain a stronger PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL , as Kobe once said ," We all know that there is no perfect thing in the world, but the challenge is to make a mess perfect."
Life is tough,but we are tougher.
Just be tough enough to make so rock bottom become a solid foundation on which we rebuild our life.
Climb out of tribulation by our efforts, and that is indeed something on which to pride ourselves.
