题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenager use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.

Nowadays, more and more young people can use the mobile phone. There are some people think teenager will in the potential danger, but the other believe the phone have benefit for youth. 

From some people ‘s point of view, the cell phone will bring danger to the young people. First of all, the young people lack of resolution, they can’t distinguish what opinions is correct or incorrectness. Moreover, on the Internet, many people don’t have sufficient ability to evaluate various options, they will attack the different remarks. The teenage may under attack because what they said on the Internet. The young can’t handle it in a mature way. Those bullying many become a shadow in their life. 

Many other, however, take a quite different attitude, towards the teenager use the telephone is good for them. To begin with, easy access cell phone means geographical distance is no longer a barrier, they can attend class everywhere. Secondly. It is time-saving for the youth to develop reading and writing skill by using telephone. They can mark down their daily life in the blog, and share with other. Meanwhile, the young can read the e- book by the e-book for free.  

To my mind,teenager can use the mobile phone under the adult control. And adult should help young to develop their critical thinking and good judgment during use the phone
