Last year , I worked in Shanghai as a Chinese teacher to teach the foreigners to learn Chinese , There was a boy who left a deep impression to me .
His name is Mike , he came from Italy and was very interested in Chinese Kungfu .He was an inquisitive boy , When I taught him Chinese , he always talked Kungfu with me , and asked to demonstrate it to him , .but I was not good at Kungfu which made him disappointed , so he decided to learn Kungfu by himself .I suggested him not learning by himself , he'd better look for a teacher to teach him ,bucause Kungfu is a kind of precarious sport .
Two weeks later , When I saw him again , he told me that he gave up learning Kungfu , I was surprised to hear that , he said it was not only precarious ,but also arduous to exercise everyday .He also told me that he found a good singer in China . To my surprse , It's Zhou Jielun ! he said he liked Zhou Jielun's songs , but he was uoset that he couldn't understand the lyrics .
The last class before he went back to Italy , we had dinner together . we walked on the street , hearing the rustle of autumn leaves under feet , talking about Chinese and Italian cultures .I recommended him a book -----《The Analects of Confucius》, in this book , Confucius described a system of ethics for everybody to follow which is the most precious culture of China .He thanked me very much .
