题目： Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives.
Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.
First of all, I’m neutral, It seems to me that teenagers have both advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that teenagers can learn more about their culture through mobile phones, and they can get to know more friends, the biggest advantage is that some teenagers can make good use of internet resources to help them improve their grades quickly. The disadvantage is that teenagers aren’t mature enough to identify bad websites. And there are many reports on the internet that teenagers indulge in games and steal their parents’ money to recharge the game. To sum up, mobile phone have both advantages and disadvantages forteenagers, and we need to arrange the time for teenagers to use them reasonably.(117words)
