新词：cripple，suffice, upend

例句：Good ideas alone do not suffice.

A single example will suffice: Jack Ma.

才发现suffice的形容词是sufficient,事物都是有联系的，要善于建立词汇网络。文章里还经常会看到self-sufficient自给自足的。

语料输入的频率还比较少。外刊大概一星期看两篇，做了笔记，但没能跟进巩固学习。

原因：懒散，时间玩也就玩掉了。善于找借口麻痹自己。

四、经验总结

To sum up, do more and say less. Speak more and dare to change myself.Just do it.
