In the softness of the velvet where I lay

Along with the tenderness in my heart,

Thou darkened the vault of heaven with thy lace,
你令薄纱染黑了天穹
And sharpened the kindling of thy stars.
使燃烧的群星愈加璀璨
The edges blurred and dazzles withered,
当万物轮廓模糊、光亮消萎
When my lonely soul lingering and wandering
吾之孤魂流连游荡于
On the exquisite pave of thine.
汝之精致小道
Lives burnt by the ruthless light cowered and suffered,
白昼中的生灵们挣扎而退缩
Until thy grace befalling and surrounding,
直至汝之优雅降临、包裹
Furnishing the land of world into an Eden shrine.
将凡世装点为圣地伊甸
Hypnos! Hypnos! Thou summoned his advent:
睡神！睡神！你召唤他的到来：
Lulling the grieved beauty with euphonic rhymes,
他用悦耳的诗词催眠那悲痛的美人
To extinguish her blaze of revenge;
浇灭她心中复仇的烈火
Soothing the scars beneath the shades of eyes,
他抚平人们眼下阴影处的刀疤
And embedding fantasies into desperate voids
将美妙的仙境嵌入那些力竭于光天化日的
Of those exhausted by sins under the sun.
人们心中绝望的空虚
Evil shattered and weathered in his captive melodies,
邪恶被打碎风干在他销神的旋律里
And fallacious colors sprouted with his voice,
错乱的色彩随着他的声音迸发
While ambitious dreamers like me who hunt
而如我一般的雄心梦者
Within Titania and Oberon’s realm of trees.
在仙王仙后的林子里尽情狩猎
Thanatos! Thanatos! Thou brought him in:
死神！死神！汝将之请来：
Swaying the rosemaries upon the grave
他轻摇着坟墓上的迷迭香
to make the dormant souls float with wind
令沉睡的灵魂随风而去
And wrap their memories before they fade;
并将它们即将消散的记忆封存
Lifting the depressive ghosts to the height of chill
他托起那些绝望的幽灵直至凛冽的高地
And lamenting the ephemerality of lives,
哭诉着生命的朝生暮死
As his pious citizens knelt with reverence.

I chased the arrogant phantom to the distant hill
我追逐着那个自大的魅影到远处的山峦
On which summit I had sacred vibes
立于山巅，吾心有感
That the nature’s broadening with thy presence.
天地因汝而广阔无垠
Nyx, The Goddess of the Night! We praise thee
尼克斯，夜之女神！我们赞扬你
As thy gentle gaze appeased our grudge,
因你温柔的目光打消了我们的怨念
And thy dolce voice settled us in peace.
因你轻柔的语调置我们于平静
We, as infants, sunk into the warmth of thy hug,
我们，如同婴孩，沉沦于你温暖的怀抱
In where we found us ubiquitous,
在那里我们如同夜空中闪耀的繁星
Like the blinking galaxies in dark.
星星点点、无处不在
We, as prayers, mused in the silence of thy grin,
我们，如同虔人，默思于你寂静的微笑
In where we perceived us luminous,
在那里我们就像远处摇曳的烛光
Like the flickering candlelights from afar,
零零落落、闪闪发光
With our volatile bodies melt within.
