1、[SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_PROTOCOL_VERSION] tlsv1
原因是 Python.org sites 终止支持TLS1.0和1.1，TLS需要>=1.2

2、安装虚拟环境
pip3 install virtualenv
有可能virtualenv路径不对
ln 连接一些
sudo ln -s /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.5/bin/virtualenv /usr/local/bin/virtualenv
创建虚拟环境
virtualenv venv
激活环境
source venv/bin/activate
退出环境
deactivate
